The Journey
Started bootstrapping early in Romania (City365), building high-scale Azure backends for hyper-local deals.
Moved to London to lead mobile/frontend eng at fast-paced startups like Zebra Fuel (logistics) and Stint (workforce), managing teams of 6+.
Co-founded Yayzy to solve a harder data problem. Learned how to raise ($1.5M), hire/manage (team of 7), and ship bank-grade secure infra under pressure—featured by Apple, Forbes, and TechCrunch along the way.
Now focused on fintech infrastructure and AI product engineering—building systems that are secure, scalable, and actually ship.
